Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Quanite ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Swipe and Clean mobile application ("Swipe and Clean" or "the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

2. Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

Swipe and Clean requires an active subscription ("Swipe and Clean Pro") to use its features. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial and then automatically convert to a paid, auto-renewing subscription unless cancelled. Key terms:

• Free trial: The subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged.
• Price and billing period: After the trial, the subscription renews at the price shown in the App at the time of purchase (for example, USD 4.99 per month), charged to your Apple ID.
• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) after purchase. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• No silent charges: Every purchase is confirmed by you through Apple's system purchase prompt. We never charge you directly and never store your payment information.
• Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. Your photos and content are your responsibility

Swipe and Clean helps you select photos and videos to delete, but you are solely responsible for the items you choose to remove. The App never deletes anything without your explicit confirmation. Deletion moves items to your device's "Recently Deleted" album via iOS; after the recovery period provided by iOS, deletion is permanent. We are not responsible or liable for any loss of photos, videos, or other content resulting from your use of the App. Please maintain your own backups before cleaning.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every screenshot, duplicate, blurry image, or large file.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Quanite be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data (including deleted photos or videos), profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Apple-specific terms

These Terms are between you and Quanite only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

8. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
